In 2023, Pendleton Senior & Family Services, Inc. was honored as the Non-Profit of the Year by the Pendleton Chamber of Commerce. This award acknowledges our dedication and impact in serving seniors and families throughout Pendleton County.
A few of the fathers in our senior group gathered in the library to enjoy a special classic car morning together filled with good company, delicious snacks, and a classic movie. What better way to start the day than with some tasty food and a John Wayne film on the big screen?
Each father received a small gift as a token of appreciation, and everyone enjoyed reminiscing and spending time together. We also held a door prize drawing, and Olin Hoover was the lucky winner! He took home a Bluetooth speaker along with a collection of sweet treats.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special event. Celebrating the fathers in our community is always a pleasure, and we hope everyone had a fantastic time!

⭐ Our Star-Spangled Crafting Ladies got really festive yesterday morning! ⭐
The group spent the morning creating beautiful red, white, and blue star wreaths to display on their doors for the upcoming Fourth of July holiday. No two wreaths were alike, and each one reflected the creativity and personality of the talented ladies who made them.
With the beautiful weather outside, some crafters took their painting projects outdoors to enjoy the sunshine, while others preferred the comfort of crafting inside. No matter where they worked, every wreath turned out absolutely gorgeous!
We love seeing the creativity, laughter, and friendships that come together during our crafting activities. Great job, ladies—we can't wait to see these patriotic creations decorating homes throughout the community! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Through the efforts of Senator Bill Hamilton and Senator Robert Morris, Pendleton Senior & Family Services has been awarded an Economic Development Assistance Grant by the WV Senate to replace the dining hall ceiling tiles. We are honored and incredibly grateful to have members of our state legislature who recognize the importance of supporting community organizations like Pendleton Senior & Family Services. Their generosity will help us maintain our facility and ensure we can continue providing vital services, programs, and meals for the seniors of Pendleton County for years to come.
